Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The demo is open now without an account. At launch, the trial is 14 days with 50 credits and a keyword, card-free.
How fast can I actually send?
You can import contacts and draft campaigns immediately. Sending unlocks when your carrier registration is approved, typically within a few business days. We file it for you at signup.
What counts as a credit?
One SMS segment is one credit. A picture message is three. Incoming texts are free.
What fees are there besides the plan?
A $8/mo carrier compliance fee on every account. Extra numbers $5/mo, extra keywords $5/mo, extra seats $10/mo. If you run out of credits, a $25 pack adds 500.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, credits reset monthly. Annual billing gives you 20% more credits every month at the same price.
Is there a contract?
No. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any month.
